Many gynecological or urological conditions may be difficult to diagnose or treat. Common conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, vulvar pain syndromes, chronic infections and interstitial cystitis may elude diagnosis and result in prolonged suffering among women who develop any of these disorders. Many women are frightened or embarrassed by their symptoms, or may be told that their problems are imagined and untreatable. At the Palm Beach Center for Pelvic Health, your concerns will be taken seriously and Dr. Kiley and her team will work with you to help gain control of your condition.

Dr. Kiley and her team will evaluate you to diagnose the condition, explain the diagnosis, and help you understand your condition so that you can receive treatment that is appropriate for you. You may feel more comfortable knowing that many women experience the same or similar symptoms.

Dr. Kiley has experience diagnosing and treating endometriosis, fibroids, vaginal and vulvar pain syndromes, chronic or recurrent infections, interstitial cystitis, and other pelvic pain syndromes. While many of these conditions may be difficult to treat, establishing a correct diagnosis is essential in arriving at an appropriate course of action.
